Meet Dan...

I’m a qualified coach and teacher, passionate about helping people move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: listening is a superpower. When people feel genuinely heard, understood and respected, real progress becomes possible.

I bring unconditional positive regard to every conversation and every person I work with. My role is not to judge, advise or tell people what to do, but to create a supportive and thought-provoking space where they can explore their ideas, challenges and goals openly. I believe honesty and personal responsibility are powerful foundations for meaningful change, and I aim to help people develop both with clarity and confidence.

As a coach, tutor and trainer, I connect easily with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. My approach is thoughtful, practical and human. While the work we do can often be meaningful and challenging, I also believe humour has an important place in growth and learning. A relaxed atmosphere can help people think more clearly, feel more at ease, and engage more fully.

Alongside coaching and training, I also support young people through tuition. I work with students at KS2 level, provide 11+ preparation, and tutor Maths up to GCSE. My aim is not only to help students build their knowledge and confidence, but also to develop a more positive relationship with learning.

Outside of work, I’m a parent to two children, which constantly reminds me of the importance of patience, curiosity and seeing the world from different perspectives. These values shape how I work with people every day.

Meet Selina...

I’m a qualified coach, teacher and trainer, passionate about helping people reflect, learn and grow into the brightest version of themselves. My approach begins with listening carefully and connecting with what you truly want – what you want to do, who you want to be, and how you want to live.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the value and potential of every person. I believe that when people feel listened to, supported and encouraged, they are far more able to explore new possibilities, build confidence and create meaningful change.

I have been coaching for over ten years and have supported many individuals, families and businesses through growth, change and transition. I bring support, challenge, honesty, knowledge and experience to every conversation, creating a space where people can think clearly, reflect openly and move forward with greater confidence.

As a coach, tutor, trainer and change management practitioner, I believe deeply in the value and individuality of every person. For me, learning is about finding the right way to connect with knowledge, skills, and understanding. It is about developing an incurable sense of wonder and finding joy in not knowing yet. I still see myself as a learner too, and this mindset helps me to navigate challenges alongside the people I support.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy walking, singing, travel, writing, and exploring - from beachcombing and fossiling to discovering new places and ideas. I love musicals, radio plays, entertaining friends, and embracing colour and creativity. Curiosity sits at the heart of how I live and work, and I often return to a simple question: What if I am wrong?
